Dorimcheon Waterside stage

Dorimcheon stream has its source in the valley between Gwanaksan and Samseongsan in southern Seoul and flows north, past Seoul National University. It is the only waterfront area for its nearby residents. Since the walking path had been built alongside the stream, Dorimcheon suddenly became a popular public space for its nearby residents.

The waterside stage at Dorimcheon is based on its previous location. The new stage is linked to the bridge which opens up more space for the audience and encourages people to go closer to the stream. The canopy above the stage and auditorium works as a shelter in case of unexpected weather.
